- Students learn about the Adult School's GED program.
- Students will take two GED READY™ practice exams in Mathematical Reasoning and Reasoning Through Language Arts. The scores from these practice tests will be used to place students in classes that can best address their needs.
Practice Score Results
- A practice test score 145 is considered "Too Close To Call", and the student will be advised to sign up for GED level preparation courses.
- A practice test score of 146 and above, is considered "Likely To Pass", and the student will be guided to either take a GED® subject area exam, or take GED level courses to boost their GED test score.
What Happens Next?
- After testing, students meet with an adviser to review their practice test scores.
- Students who could benefit from additional student will then complete the Adult School Semester Registration Form.
- Students will return to the adviser to receive a schedule of classes.
